Innovare Builders is a QBCC-licensed residential construction company and the building arm of Innovare Group, delivering luxury custom homes, prestige residences, knockdown rebuilds and investment-grade developments across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and wider South East Queensland. Our work is defined not by scale alone, but by the quality of what we leave behind — homes our clients live in, love, and are proud to show off for decades.
Our Story
Innovare Builders was established to address a clear gap in the South East Queensland construction market: a builder that could genuinely combine architectural vision with construction excellence, without the communication breakdowns and quality compromises that often plague premium residential builds.
The company was founded by experienced construction professionals with deep roots in Brisbane and Queensland’s broader building industry. Our founders have personally supervised and delivered custom homes, prestige projects, dual occupancy builds and complex architectural designs across inner-Brisbane suburbs like New Farm, Paddington, St Lucia, Hamilton and Ascot, and along the Gold Coast from Burleigh Heads to Hope Island.

Our Team
The Innovare Builders team comprises licensed builders, project managers, site supervisors, estimators and client liaisons — all of whom take genuine pride in the quality of what we build and the experience we provide.
Our principals are hands-on. On every project, a senior member of our team is present at critical stages — slab pour, frame inspection, waterproofing, fitout commencement and pre-handover defect inspection. We do not disappear after the contract is signed.
Our subcontractors are selected for quality. We work with a tight network of specialist subcontractors — structural engineers, waterproofers, electricians, plumbers, cabinetmakers, tilers and glaziers — who share our standards and are held to them contractually.

Our team members hold relevant industry qualifications including Certificate IV and Diploma-level construction management training, along with site supervisor licences and white cards.
Our Approach

Design Integration We work closely with your architect or, where required, introduce you to trusted design partners. Our construction team provides buildability input during design development so that the finished documentation reflects what can actually be built — on time and on budget.
Transparent Communication You will know where your project stands at every step. Our project management systems provide regular progress updates, photo documentation and proactive communication on variations, programme changes and subcontractor scheduling.
Quality Control We operate structured quality control checklists at every construction stage. Critical stages — such as slab, frame, lock-up and waterproofing — are inspected before the next phase commences. We welcome independent building inspectors at any stage of the project.
Compliance Without Compromise Every Innovare Builders project is built to comply with the National Construction Code and all relevant Queensland Development Code provisions. We manage all required inspections, council approvals and certifier sign-offs as part of our standard project delivery.
